This family in northern Wilmington, DE was looking to add a COVID friendly outdoor space to extend their living space. The homeowners wanted space to gather and to be able to step right outside of their home office into an outdoor living space. The patio space gives this family so much space to unwind or entertain from the privacy of their own backyard!
Details that Make the difference
Every detail is always carefully planned. This space is no exception. The lounging/chaise area is an easy exit from a work from home office. Making taking in a moment of fresh air during the workday as seamless as possible. This area flows into the family gathering space off the garage/driveway and kitchen. Flow from one space to the other is how you maximize every inch of your space!
